Obviously a new group, the junior staff a bit inexperienced (failed to send referrals, when they did the referrals were for DC offices - I live in Bethesda). There was some confusion getting my prescription off ()went to CVS, but they didn't formulate) - the PA (Sally) was great - but somehow I ended up at a pediatricians office - probably from my misguided search - loved the location though. A bit of a wait.
