All staff are exceptional. I genuinely appreciated the pre-med student that kicked off the appointment and the professional that coordinated testing samples. Dr Condrell is consistent—genuine, brilliant and exceptionally professional. Human health care goes beyond the technical and academic, and he truly leverages this awareness.

I have a very complex, challenging and painful medical situation, and a recent surgery that frankly made things much worse. I called Kelly in desparation for some help in managing these complications as the surgeon had been unresponsive. I REALLY appreciated Kelley's determination to get to the bottom of what's going on and her willingness to jump in as an advocate for me with the surgeon and the post op docs. I felt very reassured as I left the meeting. She listens well, has a quick, competent and decisive manner, and explains things quite well.
