Caitlin Thomas is just AMAZING. She takes the time to talk to me, she listens and she creates a really "safe" space for me. Caitlin Thomas really cares about me too. It is so refreshing to have a medical provider like this. I can say anything to Ms. Thomas without fear of judgement. Caitlin Thomas goes "above and beyond" as well. Caitlin makes it so easy to be comfortable around. Ms. Thomas is also very knowledgeable medically and knows the solution for me right away when I talk about a medical problem. Caitlin also has this very soothing voice.
Honestly, Spring Valley Internal Medicine has been a true "life-saver" for me.
I share the same above-noted opinion as to Dr. Condrell and Dr. Grady as well. Just top notch. There is a reason why Spring Valley Internal Medicine's doctors have been listed in Washingtonian Magazine's Top Doctors on a consistent basis. This also holds true for the rest of the staff there, including Heather Duhamel.
I also want to note Evelin Enriquez, manager at the front desk, and Zara, the office manager. These two are just incredible and they, too, go "above and beyond." Both Evelin and Zara really care and Spring Valley Internal Medicine is fortunate to have these two as employees! They blend in so well with the rest of the staff.
In all seriousness, Spring Valley Internal Medicine has truly "saved my life" and it has been a real game changer for me. I have been able to live a much better life thanks to the care and compassion I receive from the above-noted individuals at Spring Valley Medicine.

A brief time with Dr. Condrell - he provided the necessary go ahead for my return to work on Monday with a mask, as it will have been the 10th day after being diagnosed with COVID -still minor symptoms.
