Kellie is caring and communicates well. I felt like she showed interest and answered by questions clearly, giving me good information. In addition, Raven the Med Tech was knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel like I’m in good hands whenever I visit Spring Valley Internal Medicine.

Took me in on time, everyone I interacted with was personable and efficient. I did not feel rushed, they took care of what I went in for. This was my first time visiting this location of Dr. Condrell‘s office and I was more than impressed. It was convenient as far as location and I will definitely be going back there.

Dr. Condrell spent a lot of time with me yesterday, June, 22. He made an imaging order, at Foxhall MRI which I will get tomorrow, June 24 and a Referral to a neurologist, Ezra Cohen MD for August 5th. THANK YOU Very Much

Front office, nurses and all are great! My appointment was at 3 and was brought in at 3:30 so it was 30 minute wait; no ideal but not bad as others.
