About Ms. Duhame
Prior to transitioning to her role as an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner last year, Heather worked in the emergency department for six years, and still moonlights in the ER on an as-needed basis. She joined our practice last year, and has enjoyed getting to know our patients and work with them as they make strides to optimize their health.
Aside from a background in primary care and emergency medicine, she is certified in Acute and Chronic Wound Management and has completed additional training programs for both incontinence care and ostomy management. Heather loves what she does and is passionate about helping her patients maintain wellness in all areas.
In her time away from the office, she enjoys running, reading, attending church, and playing piano.
