There was an unfortunate emergency situation that delayed my appointment for almost an hour. Otherwise Dr. Condrell was excellent. However, his medical assistant asked unnecessary questions and the phlebotomist was unable to take my blood without making me black and blue.

It was refreshing and encouraging to finally have a doctor who's willing to listen, make his valuable time available to talk to a patient, listen to him.
